New night sushi, but this time officially organized by Yutaka, a Japanese boy in my class who took the opportunity to bring together some of the people that will go in exchange for an evening of hands-on "haute cuisine! We tried to prepare all the sushi, starting with this cut of fish to the final preparation of the dish, with disastrous but hilarious results ;-)
Hoping not to forget everything, now we are truly certified by the Japanese master Yutaka for the preparation of the delights of the rising sun.
